(e) nickname to create a character in-game.



3.2. Collecting information automatically. We automatically collect certain information when you playing our Games and/or using Services. The type of information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:
(a) IP address;
(b) MAC address;
(c) type of Internet browser or computer operating system;
(d) domain name of your Internet service provider;
(e) your browsing behavior while using our Services;
(f) user statistics (e.g. Number of games played, Kill/Death, game playtime, etc.);
(g) information about your computer, device, hardware and operating system.



3.3. Information collected from third parties. When you use our Games and/or Services using a third party platform, such as Epic Games, Twitch, Xbox Live, PSN or Facebook, we collect certain information from your third party platform’s profile/account as permitted by the terms of the third party platform and your privacy settings thereon. For example, these include:
(a) Epic Games: Epic Games ID, Display Name, Profile Image;
(b) Twitch: Twitch ID, Display name, Email address, User name;
(c) Xbox Live: Xbox ID, Display Name;
(d) PSN: PSN Account ID, Date of birth, Online ID, Region, Sub Account;
(e) Facebook: Name, Profile Image, Email Address, Friends list.



4. Cookie and Related Technologies

We use cookies and other technologies to collect demographic information, personalize your experience on the Site and monitor advertisements and other activities. Cookies are small files downloaded to your computer (if your browser is enabled to accept cookies) to track movements within web sites and to customize your experience within the Site. 5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for a variety of purposes, primarily, to provide the Service to users and to improve quality of the Service. These include:
a. solve technical problem and improve quality of the Service;
b. identification of individual users to provide the Game service;
c. technical protection against usage of unauthorized programs;
d. preventing inappropriate gameplay that could harm other users;
e. provide customer support by collecting and answering inquiries;
f. provide forum service on the Site;
g. provide information on events & surveys and provide opportunities to participate, to provide advertisement and for other marketing and promotion purposes;

8. Retaining and Deleting Personal Information

In principle, we will remove your personal information without any delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored as hard copy will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored as soft copy will be removed using a technical measures in a way that cannot be reproduced. However we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or any other agreement we may have with a user.



9. Our Policy Concerning Children

We do not knowingly collect, use or share any personal information about children (generally considered to be under the age of 13 in the U.S., under the age of 16 in Europe or depending on the country where you reside) without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. Some of the features on our Games and Sevices are age-gated so that they are not available for use by children.
